First of all, praise God for the successful splashdown of the Artemis II astronauts. What a cool thing. Thank God that heat shield held up!

Second, Papa had a wonderful day with a shower in the shower chair and a full smoothie for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and also more movement in the left leg. PRAISE GOD!!!

Third, we got groceries and the kids made home made smash burgers. The favorite part of the process was one of the kids prepping meatballs by tossing them from hand to hand and then me asking a question and that person accidentally tossing the meatball on the kitchen floor. Splat!! Lesson learned – do not interrupt the process!!!

All that to say, thank God for a great day. After praying the rosary, it’s like — God paid the ultimate sacrifice for us. And we mess up all the time!!! We forget how blessed we truly are. Just to enjoy another day at home
