The middle child had a soccer tournament, and even though they got runner-up, he was happy because he scored a goal. Then, they had a chance to play one more game against a different team, and they won. So, they ended the season with a win! I enjoyed sitting in the sun, and just being outside for so long felt so good. That’s a lesson for me — I need to be outside more.

In addition, I enjoyed a beautiful church service in between games. I am so grateful that I had time to go to church and pray. Time with the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Turns out, I need time with that Son as well. Literally, need, not just want. So, all in all, it was a beautiful and full day!
