I realized this morning that I need to rest. That every time I don’t take a break after coming home, I start yelling around 9 for people to go to sleep because I am just so tired I really enjoyed helping with concessions yesterday at the volleyball game, but I should have taken a break prior to going there. If I want to have a peaceful home, I need to take time to rest or I will crumble under my own exhaustion. Lesson learned!
