I have found a lot of solace from asking Mother Mary to please pray for us. She has been so kind to us.

I started asking for her intercession after my mother died. On EWTN, I watch and pray the rosary. At our church, I pray and talk to her and ask her to please advocate for us. The priest said she is the best intercessor, and for that I am so grateful. I reach out to her throughout the day.

today, I finally had a chance to be with my father. There, Era’s friend was visiting and we were both massaging my dad’s feet and talking. It was so nice to be in this person’s presence. I feel like she has a spirit like Mary, full of love and hope and compassion. She brought a sign that talked about my dad, and that he can’t move his left side yet. She put “yet” and that brought me so much comfort. When I massage his left side, I pray that God brings movement back.

oh Jesus, we ask you for the grace of being courageous. To not be afraid, but to hope in the Lord.

We have no way of knowing the future, what God will do in partnership with my dad’s medical team and my dad’s great effort. But I pray for full and complete restoration.

Mother Mary, please pray for us.
