Happy International Women’s Day!
We went to church and then got some flowers and visited my dad! He always got us flowers for March 8th, so we were inspired to get them for the occasion for Era, who has been there all the time for my father. The oldest picked out flowers and encouraged my dad.
And guess what? Dedushka gave us the best gift — transferring to a rehab hospital. I can’t wait to see him there tomorrow!
We are restarting fasting tomorrow as I got a little distracted by chicken, and, inspired by my dad’s intense work, I’m planning to go to the gym in the morning tomorrow. I am also going to try to read the Bible in the morning as well. Today, by the time bedtime rolled around, I was already exhausted and my youngest still wanted to discuss the day, the team’s triumph on the soccer field. I want to be able to be present for these mental moments. So, I am going to try a slight routine change to get everything in tomorrow!!!
In other news, I REALLY missed Walker today, but I am also very grateful to be able to with my dad.
On that note, time for bed so that I can be there early!!
